How we do it
Many families we support are navigating education pressure, welfare systems, youth safety, and the need for culturally aware guidance. SYDRC brings those strands together with trusted staff, local partnerships, and a whole-family approach.
We help young people build self-belief and a positive sense of identity.
We support school engagement, homework routines, and future planning.
We guide parents through welfare, housing, and community support needs.
Cultural knowledge, community trust, and inclusive support sit at the heart of our work.
